These materials are intended strictly for personal practice purposes only and should be used after completing your formal exam preparation or certification course. We do not recommend relying solely on questions and answers to attempt or pass any exam.

By purchasing our content, you agree to the following:

  1. Access is granted to one individual only—the person who buy the product/service.

  2. Reselling, sharing, copying, or distributing any purchased content is strictly prohibited.

  3. Any violation may result in immediate access termination without refund, and legal action may be taken.

  4. All trademarks, company names, and logos referenced in our content belong to their respective owners.

      REFUND POLICY

      Due to the digital nature of our products, ITCert.Dumps provides refunds only under the conditions outlined below.

      3.1 Eligibility for Refund

      A full refund* may be issued only if the dumps/subscription does not work.

      Refunds may also be provided under the following circumstances:

      1. If you used the provided material for at least 2 months and still failed the exam, you may request a refund of up to 60% of the order value.

      To process a failure-based refund, you must submit:

      1. A scanned copy of the official exam registration slip showing your name and exam date.

      2. A scanned PDF copy of your official Result/Score Report, matching the same name used in your order.

      3. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of exam completion.

      If your name on the order and exam documents does not match, your refund request will be rejected.

      Note: Payment gateway fees (up to approximately 15% of the order value) are non-refundable.

      Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and bank processing times may require an additional 5–7 business days.

      Users who do not meet refund conditions may opt for a discount on another product, as agreed with our support team.

      Important:
      If you purchase practice materials fewer than three days before your exam, or attempt the exam without adequate preparation, your refund may not be granted.

      Some exams  and subscriptions are non-refundable, including those with frequently changing formats (e.g., Salesforce seasonal releases). Updated content for new releases is not provided for free.

      If an exam is discontinued by the exam provider, refunds are not applicable.

      ITCert.Dumps reserves final interpretation rights for all refund-related decisions.                                                                                                             

      FLEXIBLE POLICY (45-DAY WINDOW)

      Our refund and return eligibility period lasts 30 days from your order date.

      To be eligible for a return or refund:

      1. Your access to the product must be revoked from your My Account section.

      2. You must not retain or distribute downloaded files; any sharing constitutes copyright infringement.

      5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

      ITCert.Dumps strives to describe its products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or Website content are always complete, current, or error-free. If a product is not substantially as described, contact our Support Team immediately.

      6. CHANGES TO TERMS
